I recently traveled to Pismo Beach to meet my friend who was staying in San Francisco. It’s a great halfway point from LA. If you’re road tripping up the coast this is the blog for you. Pismo is always worth the stop when driving on the 101, and personally one of my favorite West Coast beach towns.

Splash Cafe – known for having the best Clam Chowder 

WHAT TO DO 

• Hangout on the beach 
• Walk up and down the pier 
• Go to local wineries 
• Drive ATV’s along the sand dunes
• Drive up the coast to see amazing views (We drove up to San Simon)
